👉The factory will make a production plan within 24 hours after you submit the order, so the customized information cannot be changed once submitted. Please check your customized information carefully.
👉When you order a product, it is specially designed and prepared for you. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we make exchanges for damages caused by the design or the product. If you have a problem, feel free to message me.
👉Our supplier is experiencing huge backlogs due to increased order volume and high quality requirements for customized products, which may take 3- 5 days longer than usual to fulfill your order.
1. How long for shipment?
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 3-7 Working Days
Shipping time: 5~15 Working Days
Shipping methods: air transport
Standard Shipping:
Order Price < $59, shipping fee $6.99, shipping time: 7-15 working days
Order Price over $59, Free shipping, shipping time: 7-15 working days
Expedited Shipping: $16.99 for each order, shipping time: 5-10 working days
Shipping method can be selected at Checkout.
Note:
1): Taxes (If charged) should be afforded by the customer.
2): The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries(especially shipping addresses outside NA or EU), bad weather and international couriers.
3): Some of the orders may be delayed by COVID-19. Please wait with a little more patience. Thanks!
2. Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in both your account email and order number in order to monitor order status. After we sent out the package, you can get a tracking number and you can check the tracking information on this site: CLICK HERE
3. Tips for shipping:
1) To deliver successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email address and mobile number during the checkout process.
2) Unsuccessful delivery caused by a blank mobile column cannot be compensated.
3) PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even including the apartment or unit number. Non-delivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by Foryourcustom.
4) Your order can be tracked in detail only when it arrives in your country's facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.
